All of the steps listed are necessary for us to stay in compliance with licensing regulations and to maintain a safe environment for our students and teachers. Click the Handbook button to read the Future Generation Parent Handbook. Once you have read the document, please click on and sign the Parent Handbook Acknowledgement Form.

Click the Orientation button. This power-point has been created for parents who are enrolling after the new school year begins. Please view the slide show to become familiar with all aspects of our program. Once complete, please take a moment to click through and complete a quick quiz below.

Please click on the Agreement button to read and sign the Future Generation Tuition Information and Agreement. Your child's weekly tuition charge will be determined by your child's agreed upon schedule. Please check with the center director regarding any questions you may have related to your child's tuition.

Health and Immunization Requirements
Before your child's first day at Future Generation, you must submit a completed Tennessee Department of Health Pre-School Immunization Certificate, signed by a licensed health care provider.
Requirements:

All children must be up to date on immunizations, as verified by a health care provider, at the time of enrollment.

Children ages 6 weeks to 30 months must also have a current physical examination documented on the form.

Any updates to your child’s immunization or physical records must be submitted immediately to the center office.
